  Please fill out and submit to your child’s current school.  We require the following: 
  

  • Report cards or evaluations from prior two years
  • Current semester report cards
  • Standardized testing completed at previous school

  -General Studies Teacher Evaluation Form
  - Judaic Studies Teacher Evaluation Form

  Please call Sari Linder at 914-698-8900 Ext. 147 to schedule an interview for your child with our Head of School (Rabbi Joshua Lookstein), and our Principal of Middle School (Mrs. Amy Ament) or Principal of Elementary School (Ms. Tamar Benjamin). Please allow 1 hour for the interview process.

   

  Additionally, applicants to grades 2 and above are invited to come for a half-day visit to our school once an application has been submitted. These visits are available on Mondays – Thursdays and always include lunch. • Acceptance:

  After receipt of all requested forms and information and your child’s visit, the Admissions Committee will send a letter with its decision. If your child is accepted, a tuition contract will be mailed to you and must be returned within two weeks.
